My Bio:

      I started in the fire sprinkler industry delivering parts then went to hanging pipe and designing on the weekends. In 1985 as the company grew and needed an additional designer I moved into design full time and on the weekends I hung pipe that I designed. From then on I did design solid until a project management position came available in 2006 where I managed a 2.2 million square foot building and parking structure with a fire sprinkler contract of $14 million. In 2009 and the economy in the tank I started my own Independent Design Company since then I have designed projects from  California to North Carolina from hospitals to government projects, complete with 3D coordination.
      I am very committed to timely delivery, accurate design and a high level of integrity throughout the design process.
      I will not just produce a permit drawing but one that is completely buildable.
